We had a broken spring. Immy did a temporary repair in about 45 minutes and got our garage working again! The temporary repair gives us time to decide whether to install a new spring, or if it's time to get a new door entirely.

Woke up with a broken garage door spring. Jimmy reponded promptly and performed the repair on a beautiful weather Sunday when I am sure he would have rather been doing many other things. He arrived when he indicated he would and performed the repair quickly and with a smile on his face. I will call him again for any needed repairs or if I need a replacement door or opener. Billing was fair and reasonable notwithstanding the needed repair fell on a Sunday.
