Sunday morning the garage door opener just hummed for a few seconds and wouldn't open the door. Then I noticed that one of the springs was broken. Time to call in a professional. Monday morning I called Immy's at 8am and explained the problem. Chris arrived at 10:30am. He replaced both springs (recommended by most internet sites), reset and adjusted the opener, and lubricated everything. All in about an hour. Chris was efficient, professional, and friendly. I appreciate the prompt service and can highly recommend Immy's Garage Door Service.

Under-promise and over-deliver ought to be the motto for this surprisingly rapid response business.
Immy’s three major Madison, WI area garage door competitors had better pray that this compact father/daughter + 1 assistant team does not think to ever scale up their operation. If they do, the others will be out of business in short order. The only thing the Immy’s crew lacks are capes.
With regard to quoted price, final installed product, and efficiency, this was the best home service I’ve experienced in decades.
