Monday morning I called Immy's at 8am and explained the problem. Chris arrived at 10:30am. He replaced both springs (recommended by most internet sites), reset and adjusted the opener, and lubricated everything. All in about an hour. Chris was efficient, professional, and friendly. Immy’s three major Madison, WI area garage door competitors had better pray that this compact father/daughter + 1 assistant team does not think to ever scale up their operation. If they do, the others will be out of business in short order. The only thing the Immy’s crew lacks are capes. With regard to quoted price, final installed product, and efficiency, this was the best home service I’ve experienced in decades.
