Our opener was at least 25 years old and was on its way out, so they recommended a replacement and installed quickly that same week. Several months later, a spring broke (the door was even older than the opener), and we decided on a full replacement to improve curb appeal. They dropped off some samples, we ordered the door, and once it arrived they scheduled time and installed. Good pricing, fast service, nice folks. Would recommend to anyone needing service or replacement.

Sunday morning the garage door opener just hummed for a few seconds and wouldn't open the door. Then I noticed that one of the springs was broken. Time to call in a professional. Monday morning I called Immy's at 8am and explained the problem. Chris arrived at 10:30am. He replaced both springs (recommended by most internet sites), reset and adjusted the opener, and lubricated everything. All in about an hour. Chris was efficient, professional, and friendly. I appreciate the prompt service and can highly recommend Immy's Garage Door Service.

Under-promise and over-deliver ought to be the motto for this surprisingly rapid response business. Immy’s three major Madison, WI area garage door competitors had better pray that this compact father/daughter + 1 assistant team does not think to ever scale up their operation. If they do, the others will be out of business in short order. The only thing the Immy’s crew lacks are capes. With regard to quoted price, final installed product, and efficiency, this was the best home service I’ve experienced in decades.

What are the standard sizes of Overhead Door’s residential garage doors?
Our doors range from 8' wide to 20' wide (in 1 ft. increments). Standard heights are 7' and 8' tall. Odd-heights and odd-widths are also available and vary by individual door series.
Can I replace one garage door panel or do I need to replace the whole door?
Yes, replacing only a section of your garage door is possible in some cases; however, depending upon the damage involved, the entire door may need to be replaced.
Can my garage door be painted?
Many of our residential garage doors can be painted. Please see your owner's manual for specific painting instructions. In addition, most of our commercial doors can be powder coated.
How much does a new garage door system cost?
There are many factors that play into the price of a garage door such as: design, material, level of thermal efficiency, and geographic region.
